Processing Times
All orders are processed within the timeframe stated on the product listing.

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 3–7 business days.

Made-to-order items can take a few extra days of processing
Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and carrier rates.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not control and cannot predict these fees.
If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the order will fall under our Unclaimed / Refused Shipment policy.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

The customer must pay for reshipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

Check with household members or neighbors

Contact your local post office

File a claim directly with the carrier
We will assist you by providing tracking information if needed.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Clear photos of the damaged packaging

We will evaluate the situation and work with you to resolve it.
Unclaimed or Refused Shipments
If a package is not claimed, refused at delivery, or not collected within the carrier’s timeframe and is returned or destroyed:

Production costs are non-refundable

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Reshipping requires payment of new shipping fees and any carrier return fees
If the package is destroyed by the carrier, a replacement will only be produced once all applicable production and shipping fees have been paid.
